Authentic Cuba in a vintage car

Meeting with the guide at the Havana airport and transfer to boutique lodging in Old Havana. Breakfast is included.

At 9 a.m. your guide will arrive at your hotel and your tour on board of a convertible classic American vintage car through the city starts. Some highlights include: Plaza de la Revolucion, Malecon, Cemetary Columbus, Tribuna Anti-Imperialista and the amazing view of the city enjoyable from Morro Castle. While in Old Havana we will visit the Museum of Rum and the different important Plazas and streets. Your guide gives you ideas for enjoying characteristicplaces where to have dinner and admire live music performances in the evening.

This morning, together with the guide/driver, we will move to Santa Clara by car. On arrival visit the main sights of this colonial city, as the cigar factory, the mausoleum of Che Guevara and city center. At the end of the tour, we will continue to Sancti Spiritus and visit its historic center. Afterwards, while we continue toward Trinidad, we will stop on the way to discover the Valle de los Ingenios. Overnight in the lodge El Casona at walking distance of the city center. Dinner in the lodge and explanation about Cuban cuisine by the local cook.

Natural Park Topes de Collantes is our first destination today. Here, we'll reach the waterfall Guanayara where we'll get the chance to swim inside its natural pools. In the late afternoon we will drive to the beach to see the awesome Caribbean sunset. We will enjoy our dinner in the paladar Museo 1514 and during the evening we'll have the possibility to cherish live music performances in the streets.

Departure for Cienfuegos, where we'll visit the dolphin center and experience a swim with dolphins inside its lagoon. We will also admire the most important sights of Cienfuegos, located in its historic center, as Parque Marti, Teatro Terry and Palacio de Valle. Afterwards, we'll continue to the area of Soroa, where we'll spend our night in a hotel on a half board basis.

Our car will take us in Viñales (2 hours). Here, we'll walk in the valley passing through mogotes and tobacco farmers. Today, we will enjoy our lunch in the organic farm El Paradiso from which it is possible to admire a breath-taking view of the valley (typical farmers cuisine with several options). In the afternoon you'll have free time to discover the city on your own. Overnight in homestead lodging in Viñales: you will stay in the house of a local near the city center.

After breakfast, we will depart to reach the community Las Terrazas, located in the foothills of the Sierra del Rosario Ecological Reserve. Here we'll enjoy our lunch in a specialized restaurant. Then, we will go back to Havana or onwards to Varadero: end of services.
