After a day in the city why not enjoying a funny and interactive cooking class in Central Florence where you'll prepare and then enjoy a 3-course meal. Meet our Chef directly at Cooking School for a practical and interactive group lesson, with the instructions of an experienced chef, in a fully equipped kitchen. Starting from fresh ingredients you will prepare a traditional Italian 3-course meal, including an appetizer, main course, and traditional dessert. Menu changes every lesson depending on our Chef fantasy but just to give you some ideas you might prepare: Spinach or Potatoes soufflé, Pumpkin Risotto, Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta, Chicken rolls, Fresh pasta “alla carbonara”, Tiramisù, Chocolate soufflé, Panna Cotta and much more. The course is followed by a dinner with the dishes you prepared in our wine cellar, with bottled water and Tuscany wine.
