Puebla

Located in the Valley of Puebla, surrounded by volcanoes and often snowy mountain, the city of Puebla is located about 130 km from Mexico City and is easily accessible by bus and coach, but also by car.

It is the fourth largest city in Mexico, it boasts about 2.1 million inhabitants and it was founded in 1531 by Spanish conquerors. Its strategic location, between Veracruz and Mexico City, has caused it to be one of the most important places of the country during the colonial period and the Spanish rule, which influenced the culture and the architectural style of the buildings and squares of Puebla.
