Motorbike tour of Lake Como, departure from Como

Meeting at 10 am in Como, delivery of motorbike and equipments (gloves, helmet and jacket) and meeting with the guide, who will accompany us during the itinerary. Departure at 10.30 am to enjoy this amazing motorbike tour which takes us to discover and visit the lake, its surrounding villages and unique landscapes.

We'll move northward along the left branch of Como lake, passing through Moltrasio and Laglio up to Argegno. Time available to have a break and drink a coffee. Argegno is one of the most popular villages of Como Lake, both for visiting and staying. Here, a street runs across Intelvi Valley connecting Como Lake and Lugano lake.

After a brief stop, the tour moves on to Intelvi Valley. Thanks to the location, in which this lush area is set, it is possible to enjoy many breathtaking and amazing views. We'll arrive in Lanzo d'Intelvi, where we can take pictures from above Lugano, then the itinerary continues to Porlezza up to Menaggio, where we'll enjoy lunch.

Menaggio is an important tourist center in Lario area. This village is set in the most picturesque area of Como Lake. Its urban design is characterized by a central square and a stunning lakeside, which offers unique views of the lake. Menaggio boasts ancient origins, this is why its historical center provides relevant artistic heritage.

At 2.45 pm, after lunch, the journey takes us to Varenna by boat. From here, our motorbike tour leads us southward, along the right side of Como lake, up to Lecco.

Lecco is famous for being the city where Alessandro Manzoni lived when he was young. It was in his house, the eighteenth-century villa Caleotto (now Manzonian Museum), that Alessandro Manzoni found the inspiration for the plot of his novel The Betrothed. Lecco lake's branch offers a more rugged and suggestive landscape, with the view of its Southern Grigna, formed by calcareous, dolomite rocks, and its Corni di Canzo, which overlook the lake forming beautiful coves and inlets.

From Lecco the tour continues along the right side of Lake Como up to Bellagio, also known as "The pearl of Como Lake". Bellagio provides high-quality, elegant and typical restaurants and hotels, suitable places from which to admire amazing views.

Then, we'll move southward to reach Como around 5.30 pm, where we'll deliver the motorbikes and the equipments.
