A short tour focusing on the beautiful city of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, and also the picturesque Ha Long, a suggestive cove located in the Gulf of Tonkin, in Asia. During these four days you'll have the chance to:

  • admire the famous Water Puppet Show;
  • enjoy an amazing 4-hours cruise on the waters of Ha Long Bay, which is studded by stunning limestone islets;
  • discover the main sights in Hanoi, among which are the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Ngoc Son Temple and Literature Temple.

    Arrival in Hanoi
    Day 1 Transfer by car

    Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, you'll meet your guide and be transferred to your hotel. Check in hours: 14.00h.

    The afternoon is dedicated to an orientation tour of the city of Hanoi, some of the main sights are: Ngoc Son Temple, Sword Lake area, the ancient houses and the bustling local life of the Old Quarter. Dinner in a Vietnamese restaurant. Then, you'll enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show. Overnight in Hanoi.

    Hanoi - Ha Long Bay
    Day 2 Transfer by car

    After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Ha Long Bay; it is a Natural World Heritage site of outstanding natural beauty that boasts more than 1,000 limestone islets rising from the water of the sea and amazing caves. Arrival at noon, and embarkation on a boat to start the 4-hour cruise on Ha Long Bay. (Note: you will share boat with other tourists while our tour guide escorts you throughout). Lunch on board. In the late afternoon you'll disembark and enjoy your dinner. Then, transfer to the hotel and check-in. Overnight in Ha Long.

    Day 3 Transfer by car

    After breakfast at the hotel, you'll check-out from your hotel and take a short trip to visit Ba Vang Pagoda, one of the most beautiful pagodas in this area, then continue to Yen Duc village, take a glimpse of village life and authentic cultural experiences. 

    Continue to Hanoi. Then, you will be free to discover the charm of Hanoi and enjoy shopping in the afternoon.

    Day 4 Transfer by car

    In the morning visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the house on stilts, simple but interesting. Continue with the visit to One-Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, known since the 11th century as the first university of Vietnam, home to important historical and cultural events. In the afternoon visit the Ethnology Museum and enjoy a cyclo ride for about an hour in the Old Quarters. The route takes you through narrow streets allowing you to understand the different lifestyles of local people more clearly. Farewell dinner at local restaurant.

    Notes: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays, September to early December. If your visit falls on these occasions, we will replace it to another interesting attraction.
