For the inhabitants of Hanoi, every day is a good day only if it starts with some good exercise. Take part in a fun outdoor aerobics lesson, in one of the many parks of the city. Age and coordination do not matter: let yourself be enraptured by the music, the cheerfulness and don't be shy, you'll surely have fun!

Combined excursion, partly by rickshaw and partly on foot, to discover Hanoi architecture, particularly the Quarter of 36 crafts and the colonial area.
Today's program aims at making you get used to the city by walking around Hoan Kiem Lake, the symbol of Hanoi. The walk is interesting for several reasons; first of all, it enables you to discover the richness of the city through its different architectural styles: Vietnamese, Chinese, colonial and communist. Furthermore, it allows you to understand the evolution of the city and how it has grown in time.
You will be able to discover the architectural gems of Hanoi such as the tube houses, some over 100 meter long; we'll visit interesting pagodas where the inhabitants often go. Combining the tour on foot and the tour by rickshaw (or electric van) makes Hanoi discovery much more fascinating, the travelers become actors and not only spectators.
In the afternoon visit Hanoi city and in particular Tran Quoc pagoda, the Literature Temple, once the "first University of Vietnam", then the Museum of Etnography (closed on Monday). Overnight in the hotel.
After breakfast, depart to Ninh Binh province, one of the most famous sites in north Vietnam due to its surprising limestone peaks. Once there, visit to the temples of kings Dinh and Le. Transfer to Tam Coc, also called "the Halong Bay of land".
The landscape is in fact similar to Halong but with ricefields instead of the sea. After lunch, boat ride to discover Tam Coc caves, then visit to Bich Dong pagoda.
At the end climb to the top of the Dance Grotto to admire the entire panorama of Ninh Binh province. Overnight in the hotel.
After breakfast, departure by private car to Halong Bay (Vinh Ha Long) where you'll have the chance to admire the wonderful panorama of the sorrounding countryside. Arrival at Vinh Ha Long in the late afternoon and embarkation on the junk for a cruise in the bay (the private guide cannot board with you). During the cruise, visit the mysterious grottoes famous for many local legends. Delicious fish and seafood for lunch and dinner will be served on board.
Overnight on board in private comfort cabin. (The itinerary of the mini cruise can vary depending on the junk used and the conditions of the sea. The private guide cannot board with you, but there will be an English / French speaking guide available).
After breakfast leave the junk and set off by sampan to the famous grottoes. At the end of the morning return to Hanoi. Brunch on the junk.
Transfer to Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue. Stop at Yen Duc village for a water puppet show. Arrival in Hue. Overninght in the hotel.
In the morning leave the hotel to visit the Forbidden City. Drive to Thuy Bieu village, stop to visit Thien Mu pagoda built in 1601, the oldest in Hue and symbol of the city. Then take part in a short cooking class. After lunch a pleasant bike ride in the village awaits, allowing you to discover the traditional activities of the locals.
You'll have the chance to try a relaxing feet massage in hot water with aromatic and healing herbs, an ancient and healthy therapeutical practice. The tour end with the visit to Khai Dinh Tomb and Dong Ba market. Overnight in the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Danang, Hoi An. En route stop on Lang Co beach, a superb land tongue reaching out into the sea where you can have a walk to take photos or have a swim.
In the afternoon excursion to My Son Holy Land, a complex of temples and shrines in ruins built abouy 30 km from Hoi An. This place, which was the capital of Cham kingdom from the 5th to the 13th century, will give an idea of the glorious history of the Malay - Polynesian culture of the Cham.

Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning, guided tour of Hoi An, recognized Unesco World Heritage Site. Visit the main attractions such as the Japanese bridge, the Chinese Temple, the ancient Phung Hung house, the market, the port, Chuc Thanh pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hoi An (1454) built by a Chinese monk and finally Réhahn Heritage Art Museum. In the afternoon transfer to Danang airport and flight to Saigon. Arrival iun Saigon and free time. Overnight in hotel.
Breakfast in the hotel. In the morning visit Cu Chi Tunnels, about 60 km north west of Ho Chi Minh City, a complex system of war tunnels, 250 km long and situated in the northern area of Ho Chi Minh City. This intricate network of subterranean tunnels was built, by day and night, by the inhabitants and soldiers during the American war.
After exploring the tunnes and enchanted by the atmosphere, return to Saigon.
In the afternoon visit the city: Notre Dame Cathedral, Ngoc Hoang temple. the central Post Office, a metallic structure designed by Eiffel, Ben Thanh market, War Museum. Overnight in hotel.
After breakfast, departure to Ben Tre, the coconut capital in Vietnam. Arrival at Hung Vuong pier. A short transfer by local boat will lead you to small canals. During the trip you'll have the chance to admire the lively local activities, fishing along the river, irrigations system...
Visit a local family producing coconut candies and a furnace to see the processing of traditional bricks. Lunch in a local restaurant with typical menu.
Bike ride to see the authentic countryside off the tourist beaten track. The route winds through nice houses with friendly locals. At the end return to Saigon for the international flight which must be due after 7 pm.
