While Serengeti is the epitome of African wildlife safari, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtakingly beautiful nature reserve and the best place in Tanzania to spot the Big Five. Your journey starts with a drive to Serengeti from Arusha. Enjoy an evening game drive in the national park before heading for Ngorongoro the next day. Your accommodation during this trip will mostly be in modern, large, two-men tents with a sewn-in ground sheet covered with a comfortable foam mattress. A table, chairs and mats are provided along with the tent. However, sleeping bags, blankets, sheets and towels are not included.

    Arusha - Serengeti National Park
    Day 1

    Head for Serengeti National Park in the morning. The journey takes us through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will get the chance to see a variety of wildlife. Enjoy evening game drives en route to Serengeti before driving to your camp for dinner.

    Day 2

    Head out for an early morning game drive in the sprawling plains of Serengeti. Spot a variety of wild animals and soak up beautiful sunrise views. Drive back to your camp after the game drive is over for a filling brunch (breakfast along with a hot lunch). Then pack your bags and drive to Ngorongoro. Yet another game drive awaits you en route to the crater. Arrive in Ngorongoro for dinner and spend the night on the crater rim.

    Day 3

    After Breakfast take picnic lunch with you to descend down the crater for a half- day crater tour till late afternoon. After lunch you will start ascending the crater rim on your way back to Arusha for your onwards arrangement. (Accommodation and Airport transfer will be on your account, but we can arrange them on request)
