Yangon

Yangon, also known as Rangoon, has been the capital city of Myanmar, or Burma, since 2005, before being replaced by Naypyidaw. It's the largest city in Myanmar and the chief town of Yangon Region. It's located on the convergence of rivers Bago and Yangon and has the largest number of colonial buildings in south-eastern Asia, besides being a member of the network of the 21 most important Asian cities.
