    Today is dedicated to sightseeing in the city and in Teotihuacan archaeological site. You'll visit the "Zocalo" (the main square with the Cathedral and National Palace), Templo Mayor, the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of Mexico and main pilgrimage site of Latin America.

    At the end visit Teotihuacan with the imposing pyramids of the Sun and Moon. Lunch in a local restaurant. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

    Mexico City - Tuxtla Gutierrez- San Cristóbal de las Casas
    Day 3

    Transfer to the airport for the morning flight to Tuxtla Gutierrez, the capital of the state of Chiapas. Stop over at Chiapa de Corzo to visit impressive Sumidero Canyon by motor launch. Lunch in a local restaurant and transfer to San Cristobal de Las Casas following a long mountain road over 2000 m high. Overnight in the hotel.

    Day 4

    Today is dedicated to visit the native communities of San Juan Chamula and Zinacatan, situated a few kilometers from San Cristobal. You'll also visit the city and local market where you can admire the handicraft work of local natives, and the famous churches including the Baroque Santo Domingo church.

    Today you'll descend the mountains of Chiapas crossing green valleys. Stop over at Agua Azul waterfalls for the picnic lunch. Arrive in Palenque and check in to the hotel.

    Day 6 Transfer by car

    In the morning visit the archaeological area of Palenque, still partly hidden by the tropical jungle and full of charm and unique pyramids. Lunch in a local restaurant and departure to Campeche. Upon arrival short tour of the old town, still enclosed and fortified with towers and walls, still retaining a strong colonial atmosphere. Check in to the hotel.

    Today's first stop is due at Uxmal archaeological site, one of the most important testimonies of the Mayan civilization. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon arrive in Merida, the capital of the state of Yucatan, the "white city", so called because of its colonial buildings. Tour of the "zocalo" to see the Cathedral, the Government Building, the City Hall and Montejo's House. Overnight in a hotel.
