I have 12 years working in tourism. I started as a guide and driver, so that allowed me to know very deep how are the final services that I am offering. I was tour leader as well, so I know what the tourist need in their travel, and how a entire trip can affect the emotions of a traveller, so I take care about these details when I design a trip. I had experience working in human resource activities as well, like team building or soft skills, so my approach to the trips is knowing that we are human and I am creating experiences that will touch our customers. I am a Sustainability Tourism Manager certified by Travelife and I try to connect the travelers with sustainable options. Since 5 years I have my own company (now certified as Sustainable Tourism agency) and I specialize in private and tailor made program.
