On this cultural tour, you will delve right into the heart of the country to uncover the diversity of the real Serbia. The contrasts will be striking: from the vibrant capital city, Belgrade, to the historic Novi Sad with its wine cellars, from the stunning Uvac Special Nature Reserve to famous Sargan 8 train.
Last but not least, you will be part of a Serbian traditional wedding ceremony from the beginning of the 20th century, experiencing the warmth of local people as well as the excellent cuisine.

After meeting at Belgrade airport in the afternoon, bus transfer to the picturesque town of Sremski Karlovci, known as the cultural, historical and educational center of Serbia. Visit some famous wine cellars tasting three sorts of the famous Fruska Gora wines.
Transfer to Novi Sad, the capital of Serbia's northern province of Vojvodina. Chech in to the hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Half day tour of Novi Sad visiting the city hall, the cathedral, Liberty Square, the historic center, Petrovaradin fortress to enjoy the best panorama views of the city. Transfer to Jagodina in Central Serbia. Check in to the hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Continue to Manasija Monastery (1407 - 1418), then take a short transfer to Ravanica Monastery, one of the most famous medieval monasteries in Serbia. Continue ro Resavska Cave, a monument of nature, rich in stalactites and stalagmites.
In the afternoon drive to Vrnjacka Banja, the queen of all spa towns in Serbia. Overnight in a hotel.
Departure to Kraljevo and Zica monastery in which seven Serbian kings were crowned. We will drive along the Ibar river gorge and visit Studenica Monastery complex, a Unesco Heritage Site, on a guided tour. Continue to Zlatibor mountain. Check in and overnight.
Breakfast. Transfer to Uvac Special Nature Reserve for a half day visit. Enjoy a boat ride. Departing from the rafting spot at Krstac (about 5 km from Sjenica) you will raft in Uvacko lake for 12-13 km, observing white-head vultures and other birds. Visit the ice cave and return to the place of departure. The entire excursion lasts about 3.5 hours. Capacity of one boat is 12 people (including guards / guides). Drive back to Zlatibor. Overnight.
Breakfast, then drive to Mokra Gora to take the Sargan 8 train ride through the well preserved environment of the Mokra Gora nature park. The Sargan 8 is a narrow-gauge heritage railway in Serbia, running from the village of Mokra Gora to Sargan Vitasi station.
Departure for Mecavnik Drvengrad, a wooden ethnic complex by the famous director Emir Kusturica. Then we'll visit the old village of Sirogojno with an open air museum where we'll see the best representation of the Dinaric highlander heritage. Free time for traditional lunch before returning to the hotel in Zlatibor. Free time, overnight.
Breakfast. Drive toward Kosieric where you'll take part in a Serbian traditional wedding ceremony. Ambience and customs are from the first half of the 20th century. The wedding ceremony starts at 11 am and lasts till 2 pm. Within those three hours you will see folk customs, music, food and drink. If you wish there is the chance to purchase a traditional costume or other traditional products.
After the ceremony continue to Belgrade. Check in to the hotel and overnight.
Breakfast. Whole day sightseeing tour of the city including Avala with Tower, House of Flowers, Dedinje and panoramic tour of the White Palace. The continue to Karadjordje park and St.Sava Temple, National Theater, Parliament, Republic Square and Kalemegdan Fortress.
Departure to Zemun tour, beginning in front of the Post Office. You'll discover the history of the city, Magistar Square, Gospodska Street and Masarik Square, down to the river. The tour continues to the highest spot in Zemun to enjoy panoramic views of the city. An inevitable stop is due at Madleianum, then it's on to the Franciscan Monastery, St. John Church, Town park, Zemun gymnasium and the House of Aviation. Reach up to Gardos, one of the three hills on which the historical core of Zemun was built. Free time.
Optional: the local staff can organize lunch/dinner on one of the restaurants near the river. Back to the hotel. Optional visit to local night clubs to experience the nightlife the city is famous for. Overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel, free time and transfer to the airport.
