Inaugurated in 1973, it is the first Hotel located on the rim of Copper Canyon and the only property with the spectacular view from its balcony rooms to the Urique, Tararecua and Copper Canyons. Horseback and van tour to other major attractions are available, like Creel Pueblo Mágico, Basaseachic, Batopilas and Recowata Falls. Hotel Divisadero Barrancas is at a four hour drive from Chihuahua City, while the regional airport in Creel (opened in 2013) will be at a 36 km distance. Small convention and seminar facilities are available for up to 80 people.
