Jerusalem

Jerusalem, also known as the Holy City or the Eternal City, in Israel, is considered to be sacred by the two main monotheistic religions, Hebraism and Christianism, besides being the third holy city for Islam, after Mecca and Medina. The Old city, a Unesco Heritage Site, contains important religious sites such as Temple Mount, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, the mosque of Al- Aqsa and the Wailing Wall. It is also home to several Jewish, English, Arab and Italian universities.

Thanks to its great historic relevance, the city is one of the most significant tourist destinations in the Middle East. It's divided into several districts: one is Christian, one is Muslim and one is Armenian.
