Rio will be your first stop, a unique melting pot of European, African and South American history. You will explore it with the insight of an expert private guide.     Enjoy a full day private tour on a private vehicle, with professional driver and English-speaking guide to visit Corcovado and Sugarloaf. After being picked up from your hotel, the morning begins with a panoramic tour of Rio beaches, including Copacabana and Ipanema, and the famous Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon while heading into the Cosme Velho district.

    Board the traditional cog-wheel train and enjoy the ride through the Tijuca rainforest up to the iconic Christ the Redeemer Statue. Continue through the city to see the Metropolitan Cathedral and the traditional Cinelandia Square. Enjoy lunch (included) at Fogo do Chao.

    After lunch, head towards the Urca neighborhood, to visit one of Rio's most iconic symbols, Sugar Loaf Mountain. Traveling on a cable car, stop on Urca Hill and then ascend on a second cable car to reach the Sugarloaf summit for breathtaking views of Copacabana Beach, the Santa Cruz Fortress and the beaches of Niteroi.

    Spend a half day today on a private historical tour of Rio de Janeiro with guide and private vehicle and driver.     Meet your personal driver and guide for an airport transfer in Rio de Janeiro.
    An English-speaking guide will be waiting at Foz do Iguaçu/Cataratas International Airport holding a sign with your name on it. Your guide will bring you to your waiting private driver and vehicle, and will accompany you to your hotel to assist with check-in.

    After boarding the vehicles, you will be taken 2 km along the rainforest, up to the Iguazú River banks. From there, sail 5 km up the river on the semi-rigid boats, struggling through the rapids, contemplating from the river-bed the majesty of water dropping from the different waterfalls and then, start making your way back. Tourist guides are in charge of explaining all concerning the tour.
    Degree of difficulty: low, no stairs. It is advisable to change clothes after this excursion and to wear raincoats. It gets quite wet!

    Get to the marvelous Brazilian falls, by walking through the wooden footbridges elevated over the river. Take photographs of the breathtaking panoramic views from the observation deck. A 40 min walk to admire the series of astonishing cascades up to the foot of "Floriano Fall". At the end of the path, an elevator brings visitors up.

    Crossing the Tancredo Neves bridge in the Iguaçú River, we get into the Argentinean National Park - a very nice ride through exuberant tropical flora. Guests are encouraged to get close to the falls, up to the famous Devil's Throat, the most impressive of the water falls, surrounded by deep jungle and different rare species of tropical birds and animals.

    A fantastic scenery decorated with rainbows appearing here and there, from the reflection of the numerous falls and the sparkling spray of their water show. Inside the Park, visitors may choose among several paths leading to exciting sights between the different falls, to admire them from above or from below.

    Join a shared transfer to the Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge (approximately 3.5 hours).
    For guests who prefer the relaxation of a private transfer, or the speed of a hydroplane transfer, both options are available at additional expense.

    The Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge is located in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon! A great assortment of included activities are planned by the lodge and await you during your stay: nocturnal wildlife-spotting excursions by motorized canoe in search of sloths, caimans, snakes and more, an exploration tour of the many channels, lakes and islands of the Anavilhanas Archipelago, an educational jungle hike through the mainland woods, a visit to an area frequented by Amazonian dolphins, recreational piranha fishing, canoeing the Rio Negro, and visiting a local community in Tiririca.

    Note: The order of the tours is defined by the Anavilhanas Lodge, which will supply the schedule of the activities upon guests' arrival. Guests with pick-up at the airport between 11am and 2pm will not be able to attend the afternoon tour of the first day. Guests with return flights scheduled from 1pm to 7pm will not be able to attend the morning tour of the last day.

    Set out as a group with an experienced guide and enjoy the unique feeling of the nightlife inside the forest, lightened by the stars, exploring the igapós to spot birds, sloths, snakes and alligators hidden in the sounds of darkness.

    Join a shared excursion to visit a floating deck where inquisitive Pink River Dolphins come close searching for food. These freshwater dolphins have distinctive features from other ocean-dwelling dolphins, such as a long beak with up to 34 teeth on each side of their jaws, and a light gray to carnation pink coloration.

    Enjoy the amazing scenery and catch some fish on an exciting recreational piranha fishing excursion today, done in wooden canoes along the igarapés. Known for their incredibly sharp teeth and powerful jaws, piranhas are only found in South American rivers.

    Leaving at dawn, you'll be taken to the islands to watch the birds flying and the beauty of all the colors when the sun rises in the Amazon sky.

    A shared transfer is provided by Anavilhanas Lodge to take you to the airport in Manaus. The transfer takes approximately 3.5 hours.

    Enjoy a half day private city tour in the company of an English speaking guide with a private vehicle and driver. This tour will give you a taste of the Manaus rubber boom days, as well as of the thriving metropolis that has made it such a coveted tourist destination today.

    Among the highlights of your tour are: the Indian Museum, displaying artifacts produced by tribes of the Upper Negro River; a regional handicraft exhibition with some items on sale; the Opera House , inaugurated on 1896, and with no doubt one of the most important touristy points of Manaus. Symbol of the Rubber Boom, all of its richness and grandiosity of that time are still transmitted through its corridors, halls with works of art and the downtown with its floating harbor, which adjusts to the river's ever-changing levels; and the Art Nouveau cast-iron, turn-of-the-century Municipal Market where all imaginable regional goods are sold.
