    Day 1 Transfer by car

    Upon arrival at Argentina's international airport in Buenos Aires you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to spend at your leisure, either relaxing at your hotel or exploring the city.

    After breakfast at your hotel city tour of Buenos Aires. This morning three-hour city tour is a well-rounded introduction to Buenos Aires' famous sights while also leaving you with some free time to explore a bit more of the city. The three-hour bus tour includes the beautiful parks and gardens of Recoleta and Palermo neighborhoods, the Colon Theater, Mayo Square, the cathedral, traditional Mayo Avenue, Congress Square and many other buildings and palaces.

    The tour continues with a visit to San Telmo, residence of the aristocracy until the end of the 19th century. After that you will have the opportunity to explore Caminito Street in La Boca. In the evening enjoy a Tango Show in one of the most traditional Tango Venues in Buenos Aires. (Where dinner, drinks, and transfer are included). (Optional: Tigre Half- Day Tour).

    Today you will join a ‘fiesta gaucha’ (gaucho party) on this full-day tour from Buenos Aires to Estancia Santa Susana, a traditional ranch in the Argentina countryside.

    Depart Buenos Aires in a comfortable coach for the scenic ride through the Argentine pampas (plains) to Estancia Santa Susana, located in Los Cardales. When you arrive at this traditional estancia (ranch), your day of gaucho fun begins with a friendly welcome reception at the ranch pub with empanadas and wine. 

    Take a guided tour to some of Santa Susana’s main sights, including its museum and church, before enjoying a horse-drawn carriage ride or going horseback riding to explore the grounds of the ranch. 
    Back at the ranch, try a parrillada (Argentina BBQ) lunch of grilled specialties such as sausages and chicken, accompanied by salad and beverages (red and white wine, soda, water and coffee). Then sip on a glass of mate (an Argentine drink of yerba mate leaves steeped in hot water) and finish with a pastelito (pastry).

    During lunch, you'll be entertained by a tango and folk show of classical music and dance, and watch an exciting boleadoras show, with throwing weapons used by gauchos. Be impressed by a ring race (known as la sortija), animal herding and the cuadreras race, a typical gaucho game.

    Iguazu Falls
    Day 4

    After breakfast in your hotel in Buenos Aires you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Puerto Iguazu, the small town close to the spectacular Iguazu Falls. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your comfortable hotel in the town. In the afternoon you will visit the Iguassu Falls on the Brazilian side. 

    From the Brazilian Park you will discover a panoramic view of the Argentinean falls. After 950 meters with stunning views over the Iguazu river you will get to the falls on the Brazilian side. The walkway entering the river next to the Floriano fall gives the visitor a gorgeous panoramic view of the lower Iguazu river and the Devil’s gorge Canyon.

    Day 5

    After breakfast you will take an excursion into the Iguazu National Park to spend the day exploring the falls and the surrounding rivers and jungle. The park consists of various trails that take you through the jungle onto wooden walkways built a few meters above the jungle floor and waterways. These raised platforms protect the natural habitat of the jungle wildlife. Optional: Great Adventure Navigation. Free night.

    Day 6

    After breakfast you will transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Salta. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel where you can relax. During the afternoon, you will take part in a 3-hour Salta Sighseing Tour.  Free night.

    Salta - Quebrada de Humahuaca - Jujuy
    Day 7

    Leave from Salta and reach Purmamarca Village where time will be enough to observe the Seven Colored Hill, the Church and the Craft Market on the square, and a small walk along its narrow streets. Continue to the town of Tilcara to visit the Pucará (ancient ruins), the Archaeological Museum, and Huacalera, then cross the Capricorn Tropic, from where the colors of La Pollera del Coya Hill can be seen.

    Then visit Uquía and its church, where the paintings of the Arcabuceros Angels are kept.  Arrival to Humahuaca is scheduled around noon, this town has an important Church and the Independence Monument of the sculptor Soto Avendaño. After lunch you'll see La Paleta del Pintor framing the town of Maimara. You'll continue to San Salvador de Jujuy where the Flag Hall and the Cathedral, characterized by its pulpit carved in wood and gold and the statues of Lola Mora will be visited. 

    Finally,return to Salta through National Route N° 9 full of abundant subtropical vegetation. The last stretch is El Abra of Santa Laura, observing La Cienaga (The Swamp) dam, Las Maderas and Campo Alegre and returning to Salta through Vaqueros. Free night.

    Salta - Wine route
    Day 8

    Depart from the city of Salta on Route 68 to Cafayate arriving at noon after crossing the Quebrada of Rio Las Conchas.  Visit the Museum of the Vine and Wine and two wineries where you'll have a wine tasting.
    Return to Salta by the same route. Free night. Optional Dinner and Folklore Show at the traditional restaurant “La Vieja Estación”.

    In the morning you'll be transferred to the airport in Salta for your return flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival at the domestic airport you'll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Buenos Aires.
