    Excursion to Quebrada de Humahuaca, sorrounded by the Tucuman jungle, known as "Las Yungas". Continue to the Hill of Seven Colors and then on to Maimará and Tilcara fort. In Huacalera, further north, you will find the sundial marking the beginning of summer solstice for the austral hemisphere every 21st of December with its shadow. Here the remains of General Juan Lavalle are buried, the hero of Argentine independence.

You will visit the Jesuit House in Estancia Caroya, which once served as summer residence for university students of Montserrat school. Then visit Jesus Maria, famous for its folk festival, and finally Doma, where the Jesuit Estancia San Isidro Labrador, pioneer in the process of winemaking in the area, offers a unique experience.
