    Depart Johannesburg
    Day 1

    Leave Johannesburg and travel to Mpumalanga Province, known as “Paradise Country”. You will be driving along the spectacular “Panorama Route”, which offers incredible views including the 26 kilometre-long Blyde River Canyon and God’s Window. Stop near Hazyview for your overnight stay.

    Kruger National Park
    Day 2

    Enjoy an early morning game drive (in closed vehicle inside world-famous Kruger National Park with breakfast included. Kruger park is home to an incredible number of wild animals, including the Big 5 (rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, and elephant). Free afternoon at the hotel. In the late afternoon you can enjoy some optional open game drives (not included in the price).

    Kruger Park and community tour
    Day 3

    Today starts with early morning coffee or tea, followed by another open vehicle game drive through Kruger National Park with pre-packed breakfast. The park offers incredible game viewing and wildlife opportunities. In the afternoon you can evither enjoy free time at the hotel or take part in a community visit at Sizabantwana Children Care Centre to get an insight on the lives of the children attending the centre.

    This tour will make you to understand more about the life of the rural communities. You will also be able to interact with them. Return to your hotel where open -vehicle game drives await (optional and for own account). Breakfast is included.

    Travel to Swaziland
    Day 4

    This morning you will travel to Swaziland, an independent kingdom within South Africa, famous for beautiful landscapes, picturesque craft and colorful indigenous culture. You will visit Ngwenya glass factory, admiring talented glass blowers create African animals, birds, fish, and all sorts of tableware, made from recycled glass collected by the children of Swaziland.

    In the afternoon you can enjoy a complimentary optional excursion to a Swazi candle factory to see wax artists make beautiful candles. Overnight in Swaziland with breakfast included.

    Back into South Africa
    Day 5

    After breakfast you will travel further south through Swaziland, before re-entering South Africa. You will get to Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve, home to a rich range of wildlife and flora and particularly famous for its conservation of black and white rhino.

    Here you will take part in an afternoon game drive accompanied by an English speaking ranger and then proceed to your hotel in the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi region. Breakfast included.

    Durban
    Day 6

    After breakfast you will travel to a traditional Zulu village to learn more about local culture, with some dancing and a delicious ethnic lunch included. Then it's on to Durban, passing traditional Zulu Kraals, admiring eucalyptus plantations and sugar cane fields.  Overnight in Durban. Breakfast and lunch included.

    Port Elizabeth
    Day 7

    After breakfast you'll be transferred to Durban airport for the short domestic flight to Port Elizabeth, where you will be met by your representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the city without the guide.

    Port Elizabeth is known as the “friendly city”, enjoys pleasant weather and has plenty of activities available. You will appreciate the  oceanarium and the snake house (for your own account)   Overnight in Port Elizabeth with breakfast included.

    Knysna
    Day 8

    Today you will begin your journey along world-famous Garden Route, following the spectacular Indian Ocean coastline, bordered by mountains and forests.

    You will stop at marvellous Tsitsikamma National Park and Storm's River Mouth enroute before reaching your hotel in Knysna, set on the banks of a beautiful lagoon. Free aftrenoon for relaxation or sightseeing in the city. Overnight in Knysna with breakfast and dinner included.

    Day 9

    After a hearty and relaxed breakfast you’ll enjoy a lagoon cruise to the Featherbed Nature Reserve, where you can take a trailer ride to the top of the Western Head for panoramic views of Knysna and the lagoon, Return for enjoying lunch under the shade of milkwood trees.

    Free afternoon for further sightseeing in the charming town and overnight in Knysna. Breakfast and lunch included.

    Day 10

    Today you will travel through Outeniqua Pass to Oudtshoorn, an important center for ostrich farming. You will enjoy a guided visit to an ostrich farm and then tour the limestone caverns of Cango Caves.

    In the late afternoon you will reach your hotel for some relax before dinner. Breakfast included.

    Day 11

    After breakfast you will journey through the ‘Little Karoo’ to Barrydale, where you will have the unique chance to visit a local farm school, interacting with the children and teachers. Then it's on to Montagu, a quaint spa town. (The school visit is subject to school being opened) .

    Continue to Stellenbosch, the second oldest city in South Africa, famous for its vineyards and surrounded by majestic mountains. Breakfast included.

    Cape Town and end of tour
    Day 12

    After breakfast you will enjoy a well- deserved wine tasting in the Stellenbosch area. Then finally you will proceed Cape Town, the oldest city in South Africa, located at the foot of Table Mountain. Here you will find Cape Dutch homesteads, traditional dancers with painted faces performing in the streets, the smell of spicy Malay cusine and taste of good wine. The tour ends upon arrival in Cape Town. Breakfast is included. Guests may disembark at Cape Town Airport, on request.
