    Baga Gazar
    Day 1 Transfer by car

    The tour will start by visiting Baga Gazar site where you'll admire the magnificent rock formations and the ancient ruins of a temple. Gengis Khan faced one of his most challenging battles here. Continue exploring the area for the rest of the day.

    Tsaagan Survaga
    Day 2 Transfer by car

    After Baga Gazar we will head to Tsaagan Survaga, also called "White Stupa". It's an incredible canyon resulted from wind and water erosions that have modeled it over the centuries making it one of the most evocative places in the Gobi desert.

    Bayanzag
    Day 3 Transfer by car

    We'll leave the previous destination to head towards Bayanzag site, also called Flaming Cliff due to its rocks with a strong red color. It is an immense canyon whose color varies from pink to red in the empty desert.

    Khongor dunes excursion
    Day 4

    Today we'll head to Khongor, famous for its giant sand dunes. We'll explore the area riding the famous Mongolian Bactrian camel for about an hour and then we'll climb one of the sand dunes to the top, a challenging experience. From the top you will be able to admire the bizarre green valley in this side of the Gobi.

    The camel ride is included in the trip.

    Yol valley
    Day 5 Transfer by car

    Leaving the previous destination behind, we'll head towards Yol valley, famous for being the only place in the world where, despite the desert, you can find ice in the open air. We'll start the visit from the local museum where you can observe the local floral and fauna in the form of stuffed animals and some reproductions. Then we'll have some time to visit the markets near the museum.

    The real excursion begins while walking in the valley for around 3 km until reaching the inside of the frozen canyon. We'll visit the area and the banks around the mountains: you'll realize how spectacular it is to find green valleys, mountains and ice in a desert. Finally, we'll return to the Ger.

    Return to Baga Gazar and Ulan Bator
    Day 6 - 7 Transfer by car

    After spending half day in Yol valley we'll travel back to Baga Gazar where we'll spend the night and the day after we'll return to Ulan Bator.
