Kythira

Kythira is a Greek island surrounded by the Ionian Sea.

The mythological stories tell that Aphrodite, the godness of love and beauty, was born here. The city boasts several worth-visiting points of natural and cultural interest, as the Byzantine Fortress and the Archaeological Museum and the natural caves of Agia Sofia.
