Here are the highlights of your tailormade vacation:
Arrival at Noi Bai airport and transfer to the hotel. Free time and overnight in a hotel in Hanoi.
Breakfast.
The day is dedicated to the discovery of the charming city of Hanoi. You will start by visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and the house on stilts, simple but interesting. You'll continue with the visit to One-Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, known since the 11th century as the first university of Vietnam in 1070, home to historical and cultural events. In the afternoon visit the ethnographic museum and enjoy a cyclo ride for about one hour in the old district. The day ends with a water puppet show. Overnight in a hotel in Hanoi.
Breakfast -Lunch-Dinner
Departure in the morning to Halong Bay. You'll cross the rich farms of the Red River Delta. Once at Halong pier, you'll board a junk for a cruise around the beautiful islands emerging from the tranquil emerald sea. Seafood-based lunch and exploration of the Surprise Cave, one of the most beautiful caves of the bay. Dinner and overnight on the junk.

In the morning, coffee and tea will be served on the balcony after a Tai Chi class, while we continue exploring splendid Halong bay and the floating village. Lunch with Vietnamese and Western cuisine. Leaving the junk, along the way stop and visit a traditional pottery village. Transfer to the airport for the flight Da-Nang - Hoi An. Overnight in a hotel.

The day will be dedicated to the visit to Hoi An city: the Japanese Bridge, Phuoc Kien Pagoda, the ancient Tran Phu residence and Hoi An museum. Then enjoy a walk around the old city immersing in the atmosphere, going shopping (tailormade clothes, lanterns, shoes and food) or simply relaxing on the magical beach and tasting the delicious cuisine in the local restaurants.

The day starts with a bike ride, the unique chance to get an insight on the farming of biological products of local farmers. A good way to get to know rural life in Vietnam. Short bike ride across lush farming fields, ricefields and Tra Que village, You'll stop along the way to meet local villagers and discover how they use the sorrounding resources.
Arrival in Tra Que village. You'll take a tour of the gardens full of chili pepper, lemongrass, basil, coriander and spring onions. Take part in a cooking class with a local family. Taste a delicious lunch with many specialties, with starter, main course and dessert.
In the late afternoon, transfer to the airport for the flight to Siem Reap. Welcome and check in to the hotel.

Early morning wakeup to avoid the crowds and visit photogenic Ta Phrom, a marvellous temple, famous for "Tomb Raider" movie. Ta Phrom was abandoned to bad weather and reminds us that, while empires rise and fall, the limitless power of nature marches on, careless of the tragedies of human history.
We visit the small but beautiful Banteay Srei temple, crossing the countryside. This temple is mainly built in pink sandstone, a hard stone that can be richly carved and survives better to the passing of time. On the way back, visit Aki Ra's Mine Museum.
Visit Banteay Samre: its pink sandstone walls are decorated with sculptures and basreliefs, that are among the most interesting pieces of art that Angkor can offer. In the afternoon return to Angkor Park to visit Tasom. Tasom offers some hints for good photos, in particular the rear entry, where the roots of trees adorn the gate.

Visit the Unesco heritage site areas off the beaten track. We'll travel across the jungle, passing through villages. It's a very special day, you will explore some of the most beautiful temples of Angkor. You'll visit West Gate at Angkor Thom, unknown to mass tourism.
Today you'll visit:
You'll visit Kilt, the only project in Siem Reap helping disabled Khmer kids who most of the times have been injured by landmines, giving them the chance to become independent with their own strength. In Kilt jewels and necklaces are created, organic vegetables are grown, rice is processed with the hands, music is produced along with many other activities.
In the afternoon discover marvelous Angkor Wat temple, listed among Unesco World Heritage Sites, with its high towers and its extreordinary basreliefs. It's one of the most incredible monuments ever conceived by men, built in the 12th century (1112-1152) to honor Vishnu.
OPTIONAL: 10 minutes balloon ride at sunset in Angkor (20 USD/pax)

After breakfast departure to Siem Reap passing Tonle Sap, travelling along the eastern side of the lake. Arrive in Kompong Phluk, the "flooded forest". Accessible only with high flood, it must be visited by boat. Nearby a fishing village is found, here you can learn traditional fishing methods, used for generations.
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Sihanoukville. Arrival, welcome and continuation to Koh Rong by speedboat. Overnight in Koh Rong.

Leave the marvelous island and travel back to Sihanoukville for the transfer to Phnom Penh (unguided). Arrival in Phnom Penh, transfer to the airport for your onward destination.
