    Day 1

    Arrival at Cancun international airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

    Cancun-Chichen Itza-Merida
    Day 2

    In the morning pick up the car at the hotel and depart to Merida, stopping enroute to visit Chichen Itza, the Mayan capital of Yucatan, where you can admire the ruins which are nowadays famous all around the world, such as Kukulkan pyramid. Arrive in Merida in the late afternoon and check in to the hotel.

    Merida-Uxmal-Campeche
    Day 3

    The first stop is scheduled at the archaeological site in Uxmal, one of the most important testimonies of the Mayan civilization. In the afternoon arrive in Campeche, the capital city of the state bearing the same name. Check in to the hotel.

    Campeche-Villahermosa
    Day 4

    Set off to Villahermosa, we recommend to visit Edzna archaeological area, situated around 1 hour from Campeche. Arrive in Villahermosa and check in to the hotel. Time permitting, we recommend a visit to La Venta museum.

    Villahermosa-Agua Azul- Palenque
    Day 5

    Transfer from Villahermosa to Palenque (around 2 hours), then you'll start the climb on Chiapas mountains, crossing green valleys. Recommended stop at Agua Azul waterfalls. Return to Palenque and check in to the hotel. In the afternoon visit Palenque archaeological area, still partly hidden by the tropical jungle and full of charm and pyramids.

    Palenque-Chicannà
    Day 6

    The visit to Palenque archaeological area is also possible this morning before leaving Chiapas and heading south to Campeche state to reach Chicannà, where many of the archaeological sites of this area are located (others are Kalakmul and Xpujil). Overnight in the hotel.

    Chicannà - Mayan Riviera or Cancun
    Day 7

    From Chicannà you'll set off north. We recommend to stop and visit splendid Bacalar lagoon, just outside Chetumal, or Tulum archaeological site. Arrive in Cancun or at the Mayan Riviera and check in to the hotel (not included).
