La Maddalena

La Maddalena is an island located in the north of Sardinia.

Its landscape is characterized by rocky granitic terrain, where are set some ancient fortifications. 

The island is well known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Some of the most famous beaches are Spalmatore, a  cream coloured sandy beach, Bassa Trinita and Cala Francese, may be the most popular beach on the island.
