Self drive tour in Morocco

Arrival and greetings at Marrakech airport. Transfer to the riad, overnight and dinner at leisure.

Free time can be spent visiting the "Pearl of the South": its incredible Medina, the famous Djema El Fna and its animation, the Koutoubia, the Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Majorelle Gardens and the Menara. Overnight at the Hotel. (On request English speaking guide).
 

After breakfast, recovery of the car and free time for a ride in the palm grove of Marrakech, afternoon departure for Ouirgane, far from the chaos of the city crossing the plain of Haouz and the valley N'Fis wadi. The landscape is harsh, but full of unexpected patches of green. The simple mountain villages with thatched roof use local stone and earth and blend perfectly into the landscap. Arrive in a beautiful Riad, free dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will visit the remains of the Almohade mosque (12th century), now a national monument. A little older than the famous Koutoubia, it allows us to imagine the interior of this, which cannot be visited. It continues through hairpin bends and impressive views to the Tizi 'n Test pass (2,092 m), and then descends towards the Souss plateau, where Taroudant is located.
