Kisoro

Kisoro is the capital city of the district bearing the same name, in western Uganda, Africa. Situated just below the top of volcano Mufumbiro, this town's economy is mainly based on agriculture and breeding. It's famous in the area for its multi-colored market, where potatos, beans, corn and sorghum for producing local beer are sold. Visitors often stop over at Kisoro to access nearby natural parks where gorillas can be viewed. The nearest is Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.
