When to go to Maldives
The best period for a holiday in Maldives is between December and April, even if in general any month of the year is quite good, provided that you are willing to bear some sporadic rainfall especially in the night. Average temperatures settle around 27 degrees all year round, mitigated by pleasant winds and breezes.
The seasons in the archipelago are two, one quite dry from December to April, and a more humid one from May to the end of November. Rainfalls in the Maldives are generally brief downpours. If you have booked a trip in the wet season, you might be happy to know that precipitations never last for days in a row and it is not rare to find sunny days even between November and April.
