    Bishkek - Ala Archa Natural Park - Bishkek
    Day 1

    Welcome to Kyrgyzstan. Arrival at Manas Airport in Bishkek where the driver will welcome you and take you to a hotel located in the capital. Time to rest in cozy and comfortable rooms after flying.

    Visit to the Ala-Archa Natural Park, 40 km from Bishkek. In this scenic spot, you will see the mountains with snowy peaks, alpine meadows, mountain rivers. We will take a passage in the middle of nature 3.5 km from the Camp Alp (which is 2200 meters above sea level).

    Lunch in the middle of nature.

    Here the Uzbeks will show how to cook the delicious national Uzbek dish, plov. We will prepare the plov on the open fire with all the equipment at ready. As the dish prepares you will have the opportunity to rest and relax.

    In the evening, we will return to Bishkek and go to one of the best restaurants in Bishkek, where you can enjoy exquisite dishes, such as traditional shashlyk (barbecue).

    Bishkek - Burana Tower - Chon-Kemin National Park
    Day 2

    In the morning, after breakfast in the hotel, an hour drive will take us to the Burana Tower (old minaret), near Tokmok town.

    This minaret was built in the town of Balasagun, one of Karakhanid's capitals. We will explore the ruins of this important exchange point on the Great Silk Road and visit a small local museum that tells the history of this civilization. It will also be possible to see a collection of ancient tombs called Balbals. Lunch along the road.

    In Chon Kemin, you will discover one of the most important Kyrgyz traditions, slaughter of the lamb. Since ancient times, Kyrgyz citizens give great importance to meat preparation. This tradition is linked to their culture on the relationship between elderly and young people, women and men, relatives and friends.

    For dinner, you can enjoy traditional Kyrgyz Kuurdak dishes and beshak barmak cooked with lamb meat.

    Chon Kemin – Cholpon Ata - Karakol
    Day 3

    After breakfast, we will go to one of the country's most beautiful regions, at Lake Issyk Kul.

    For lunch, we will stop at Cholpon Ata, where you can enjoy delicious fish dishes.

    After lunch we will continue our journey, a new destination is the city of Karakol, crossroads of different cultures and cuisines. Here we will visit a dungan family (Chinese Muslims), stay with them for dinner and enjoy the most famous dish, Karakol ashlan-fu.

    Optional: preparation of the ashlan-fu with the hostess.

    Karakol - Jety Oguz – Tamga
    Day 4

    Visit the gorge of Gety-Oguz located on extraordinary rocky slopes, thickly covered with grass and conifer trees that remotely remind you of a soft carpet. Particularly romantic is the rock that reminds of a broken heart, located at the entrance of the gorge. If time permits, we will reach the waterfall called "Girl's Braid".

    When we arrive at the village of Tamga, a Russian family will teach you how to make delicious homemade jams with different berries.

    In the evening you can try the real Russian sauna, called "banya".

    Tamga – Skazka – Bokonbaevo – Kochkor
    Day 5

    Departure to reach the hidden valley of Skazka; a walk will allow us to admire the beauty of the area, with limestone hills eroded by the wind over the centuries and transformed into a fantasmagoric set of columns and canyons with red hues, which take on the most varied forms, from dragons to castles: it looks like a fairy tale.

    We will continue to the village of Bokonbaevo. Here we will visit the house of the falconer who organizes hunting with eagles, an activity still practiced, which has far-reaching roots, dating back to the conquest of Central Asia by the Mongols in the XII-XIII centuries.

    At Kochkor, we will prepare a dinner with a Kyrgyz family, cook the manty (large Turkish tortellini), local dumplings usually made with meat and boorsok (traditional fried bread), all accompanied by several salads.

    Kochkor – Lake Son Kul
    Day 6

    The purpose of today is to reach Lake Son Kul: you need to pass another mountain pass called Kalmak-Ashu.

    When you come to the southern shore of lake Son Kul, you will get to know the culture and traditions of Kyrgyzstan, you will see how you can prepare the alcoholic drink called kymyz, dry kurut cheese and sleep in traditional yurt (the tent of the ancient nomads).

    In the afternoon you will have free time to explore the area better on horseback.

    Note: The yurt can accommodate 6 people. During the low season it can accommodate 2 people according to availability.

    Son Kul– Bishkek
    Day 7

    We return to Bishkek passing through roads with a view of the mountains.

    During the journey you will be able to relax and admire nature.

    We stop for lunch.

    Gala dinner in a typical restaurant.
