Get to know the Greenlandic people, their ancient culture and way of life whilst experiencing the untouched beauty and wilderness of their stunning country!
Take a 2-hour flight from Reykjavik to Kulusuk. After check-in, your local guide will take you on a 2-hour walking tour of the town where you will also experience a traditional drum dance. In the evening you can get to know the locals over Kaffemik at a local Inuit home. Overnight in Kulusuk at Hotel Kulusuk.

To have a different point of view over the majestic landscapes of East Greenland, today you will join a morning hike to the Reindeer fence, where, in the ancient times, population of Kulusuk used to keep their reindeers. Next to it there is a shaman’s grave which can be visited while having a mesmerizing view over the island.
In the evening, take a drive through the 8 km long road ( the longest road of East Greenland) to the old DY4, a dismissed radio station, wherethe mountaintop has stunning views over Kulusuk island and the bay.
Overnight at Kulusuk hotel.
Helicopter transfer to Tasiilaq where your local guide will show you around the town, the Inuit museum and the Tupilaq factory and walk the famous Valley of Flowers where you can admire the untouched beauty of the landscape and the arctic summer flora.
In the evening you can admire the midnight sun and enjoy sparkling wine on a boat tour amidst floating icebergs.

Today's 10 hour tour will be the highlight of your East Greenland adventure!
Sail through the icy fjords dotted with icebergs, get close to three of the biggest glaciers in the Arctic to visit the Knud Rasmussen Glacier. You will also visit Ikateq, an abandoned village, on an island in the Sermilik fjord.
Overnight in Tasiilaq at Hotel Angmassallik.
Helicopter transfer back to Kulusuk in time for your return flight to Reykjavik.
